We’re growing our Account Reconciliation team in our Charlotte office and are looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to perform customer service and project coordination duties.

About You:

  • The role includes monitoring and reconciling incoming transactional sales, orders, and inventory data. Bring your good ideas and appetite to learn and join our team of forward-thinking and motivated client services employees! A successful Account Reconciliation Specialist will be motivated and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the client service liaison between the client and the client’s channel partners
  • Monitor and reconcile incoming sales, orders, and inventory data
  • Research and respond to client and channel partners’ issues, providing resolution
  • Manage multiple priorities in support of the client and its channel partners
  • Validate and/or adjust data to align with various business rules
  • Investigate and identify data anomalies, analyze and research data, and proactively address reporting issues
  • Identify and resolve inventory balance issues
  • Help facilitate the invoicing process between the client and its channel partners
  • Maintain accurate records and exercise quality control with respect to all documentation

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft programs a plus
  • Experience analyzing and reconciling transactional data
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and organizing skills; attention to detail and client follow-up
  • Turf Management and/or Agribusiness experience a plus
  • Experience working with EDI and/or XML data a plus
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Four-year degree preferred
