Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a vacancy of Logistics Claim Specialist in Kyiv.

Role and Responsibilities

• Creation of special Link of each item is being done manually between PO's - SO's for Ukraine and Moldova
• Preparation of special documents for the Romanian and Moldavian customs with explanation letters on the specifics of prices in the invoices
• Checking  of each item for all types of Moldavian  SO and PO
• Financial guaranty Control for Bonded warehouses (new Financial guaranty) should be bought for each Declaration and should be strictly controlled
• Customs reports
• Goods should be controlled within 90 days and dispatched from Bonded Warehouse.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role:

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3+ year of relevant experience (Claim specialist, Customer care specialist Logistics Operations, Auditor, Accountant) from Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Finance
  (but not limited to these only)
• Excel advanced, SAP S/4 HANA, ERP
• strong intermediate level of English - B2
• completed high education in economic, tech, engineering or equivalent
