THE ROLE

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Revenue Operations team, acting as the lead in the development of business reporting and analysis to drive actionable insights to stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations and Strategy teams to support key business initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver high-quality insights, create first interactions or models of business insights and package recommendations into presentations, and partner with other team members to automate
  • Develop executive ready reporting and visualizations to provide easy to digest actions out of complex problems
  • Present work to functional leaders and executives on a regular basis. Anticipate business questions by proactively developing targeted analysis
  • Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and progress of current development work
  • Developing and maintaining key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied for project success
  • Help define a roadmap and vision for Business Insights, data and related tools strategy
  • Perform ad hoc analysis including, but not limited to, funnel conversion, sales productivity, and scenario modeling across multiple geographies, product lines, and business units 
  • Reporting & Visualization
    • Design high-impact dashboards using tools like Tableau, SFDC, or Looker that make it easy for business stakeholders to understand and make business actions.
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions to understand business pain points and translate them into technical data models.
  • Analysis
    • Use a data driven approach to convert raw metrics into narrative insights. Don’t just report that a key performance indicator changed; explain why it changed and what the business should do next. 
    • Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets to explain why things are happening.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis and root-cause analysis on KPIs to provide proactive recommendations for Go-to-Market Leadership.
  • Communication
    • Act as the primary liaison between technical BI teams and non-technical business stakeholders
    • Translate technical and analytical findings to the executive leadership team, distilling complex analytical trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Data Governance and Strategy
    • Working with cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports, dashboards and other analytical solutions.
    • Identify and define business KPIs or data from various sources (CRMs, SQL databases, spreadsheets) for key business data models.
    • Own and align data definition across functions and systems.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: 3-5 years supporting Sales or Revenue Operations in a Sales Operations or Analytical capacity.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and analytics (e.g., Tableau or similar).
    • High-level competency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
    • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Education: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required, preferably in a business, financial, or analytical field.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling skills.
    • Strong communication and "story-telling" abilities, particularly when presenting to executive management.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives, perform under pressure, and quickly adapt to changing needs.
    • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, an ability to focus seamlessly between strategic big-picture thinking and fine-level granularity, and a relentless commitment to achieving outcomes.
    • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills across all management levels.
  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$122,000$184,000 USD
