Job Description

Job title: Supply Chain Specialist
Responsible for Supply Chain Management in KSA, including Imports/Exports, Customs Operations, Logistics & Transportation Coordination, Demand Planning, and support for RSA.

Your role:
• Manage customs and export control processes for KSA & RSA, ensuring compliance and timely declarations.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Support demand planning through data analysis, forecasting, and alignment of demand and supply.
• Maintain trade compliance expertise, SAP master data, export classifications, and documentation.
• Audit service providers, ensure adherence to processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, brokers, and local authorities to support business needs.
• Contribute to PDCA cycles, KPI tracking, and operational improvements.

You're the right fit if:
1. Experience

• 4+ years in Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Export/Import operations in KSA.
• Experience in META markets and Demand Planning.
• Background in logistics, transportation, and distribution.

2. Skills

• Supply Chain Management, Trade Compliance, ERP systems.
• Forecasting, RCA, data analysis.
• Transport planning, customs documentation, risk management.
• KPI, cost, and process improvement capabilities.

3. Education

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Customs Administration, or equivalent vocational education.

4. Additional

• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Motivation to grow across META and expand into other ISC/IWD functions.
• Strong alignment with Philips culture.
