Position Summary

Tech Sensing Innovator job involves identifying emerging trends and changes in consumer behavior in India to propose innovative business opportunities. It also entails conducting comprehensive analysis of competitors' devices, exploring partnership opportunities with startups to leverage their solutions aligned with business goals & overall execution plan for tech sensing-based proposals.

Role and Responsibilities

This profile involves Propose new concepts & biz opportunities by sensing India/Global trend and changes in consumer behavior

•To have complete idea of strength and weakness of competitors devices by making integrated report - Understand S/W part w.r.t HW capability

•Access the startups (technically, features) which can be useful for us. Identify regional advantage & create detail report (comparison with Indian/Global startups).

•Show tie-up opportunities which can lead to do partnership or acquire them so that SRI-D need not to work on similar solution.

•Identify technical recommendations and opportunities from Tie-ups aligned with Samsung biz

•Create overall execution plan of tech sensing based proposals

•Analyze market trends w.r.t tech areas and identify scope of proposal

Skills and Qualifications

Research oriented mindset with good at planning and execution skills

Technical Skills

•Well versed with the latest Consumer Electronics technology trends

•Perform Benchmarking Activity with competitors & generate good quality reports

•Strong background with in-depth understanding of HW & SW areas (e.g. TV/ Mobile/Digital appliances) - AI, MM, Graphics, Audio, etc.

•Should be able to evaluate startup technology as per technology areas, by in-depth discussions

•Technical report writing skills

•Experience with Project Generation/Management/Execution

Behavioral Skills:

Strong communication & decision making skills
