Part-time Student - OTC Billing

At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Review daily received customer self-bills and process them against Adient plant deliveries
• Daily follow-up with processing errors and requesting actions from responsible resolver (plant, other Internal BBC teams)
• Daily review of unapplied cash due to not processed self-bill
• Monthly reporting activities – self-billing discrepancies to plant and Business units

• Student of the University
• Intermediate level of English language skills
• Basic excel skills
• Ability to work in team
• Detail oriented skills
• Pro-active approach
• Effective communicator
• Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week for longer period (next coming year)
• Responsible and quick learning person
