In this role, you have the opportunity to join the ever-expanding sales organization and an incredible team of dedicated experts and leaders in the Medical Device industry. Philips’ Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. Due to the dynamic growth of our business, we are looking for a consummate sales professional who will strengthen our team on the position of Sales Manager Cardiac Solutions Image Guided Therapy Devices Poland.
The Sales Manager Cardiac Solutions — Image Guided Therapy Devices Poland is responsible for achieving field sales objectives by servicing current customers and acquiring new customers in the following regions: mazowieckie, łódzkie, warmińsko-mazurskie, podlaskie, lubelskie, podkarpackie, świętokrzyskie. This is a very complex, process-oriented, high-level sales position that requires passion, drive, and enthusiasm.
Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment.
Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions, hospital administration).
Identifying opportunities for new customers acquisition within a dedicated portfolio.
Developing and driving credible and productive long-term relations with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing value propositions.
Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers.
Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for assigned products.
Collaboration with international teams and departments.
Image Guided Therapy — Devices, a Philips business unit that is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. You will report to the IGT-D Zone Business Leader for Image Guided Therapy Devices and join a passionate, entrepreneurial team focused on innovation and clinical impact.
University degree: medical educational background is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical equipment or disposable sales; proven experience in electrophysiology is a strong asset.
Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and experience working with clinical teams.
Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken) – essential for international travel and participation in global trainings and events.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively with digital tools.
Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations and provide on-site implementation support.
Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad.
Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement is a plus.
