WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develops and implements application architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
•  Leads cross functional collaboration to gather business requirements, define integration objectives, and design efficient data and services solutions.
•  Provides technical oversight to ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to architectural standards while addressing complex technical challenges.
•  Resolves complex application issues, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
•  Executes on application architecture tasks or projects, requiring advanced problem solving, decision making and strategic thinking with some ambiguity.
•  Drives decisions on complex issues to develop clear, actionable recommendations for management, ensuring alignment on processes, tools and services with impact across other areas.
•  Leverages advanced and creative skills to resolve complex application architecture related problems, fostering cross functional collaboration to identify and implement innovative solutions.
•  Leads and facilitates cross functional collaboration efforts, fostering strong internal relationships across the organization and external partnerships to achieve impactful business outcomes.
   

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

MUST HAVE:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution design, and application architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering client-facing digital platforms in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
•  Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant systems with strong observability and monitoring practices.
•  Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in influencing cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

•  Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance processes.
