About the Role: 

Reporting to the Central Services Lead, this position is a Front of House role at our TV Studios in Ballymount. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards in front of house operations, greeting visitors and guests and also providing additional admin support to the Central Services team.  

Specific Duties & Tasks: 

• Responsible for all visitors, including initial welcome and notifying host of their arrival 

• Receive and contact recipients of incoming post and courier deliveries 

• Book couriers and ensure incoming and outgoing consignments are received and delivered to recipients 

• Order taxis as requested & ensure approval has been received and allocated to correct account 

• Support Central Services Team with administration duties including raising PO’s, invoicing and finance tracking and resourcing 

• Monitor external inquiry inbox and follow up accordingly 

• Complete daily checks on fire alarm systems and extinguishers 

• Perform frequent daily checks on access and egress within the building 

• Ensure that front carpark visitor parking area is managed correctly 

• Provide support function for managing team meetings including booking meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are meeting ready 

• Maintain safe and clean reception areas 

• Oversee catering orders throughout the buildings 

• Other duties as necessitated by the role and the overall business objectives of the company 

Skills & Expertise:  

• Experience in a customer facing role 

• Experience dealing with telephone queries  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
