Job Description:

  • Qualify and Engage: Handle inbound calls, chats, and respond to contact forms promptly to identify and qualify prospects who can benefit from CoreLogic’s cutting-edge solutions.
  • Deliver Insightful Value: Research and share relevant data and insights with prospects, highlighting the unique value CoreLogic can add to their digital strategies. This communication may be conducted verbally or through well-crafted emails.
  • Drive Sales Pipeline: Proactively fill the sales pipeline by scheduling a targeted number of meetings between qualified prospects and our sales managers, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Close Deals: Successfully close product-specific deals as defined by sales leadership, contributing directly to the achievement of our monthly goals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Meticulously document all conversations and sales activities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in Salesforce.
  • Stay Informed: Participate in product meetings to stay updated on new developments, enabling you to provide the most current and relevant information to prospects.
  • Facilitate Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring that our inbound callers receive the assistance they need, quickly and efficiently.
  • Remote Engagement: While this is a remote position, you will be required to participate in several on-camera meetings each week to maintain strong team communication and alignment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Min of 1 yr of work experience preferably in sales, customer service or client focused role
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and a hard worker 
  • Experience in the Property Restoration industry a plus 
  • Excellent conversational and listening skills; clear and precise speaker with professional phone presence, able to conduct calls without a script  
  • Excellent technology skills 
  • Research skills—must be an excellent “googler” 
  • An upbeat and positive attitude 
  • Bachelors degree a plus 

Annual Pay Range:

40,352 - 50,440 USD
