We are looking for a Project Operations Analyst to join our team.


This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency through data-driven insights, capacity planning, and project administration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do​:

  • Data Analysis

    • Work closely with Sr Analyst to create reports for internal teams and/or external clients, including capacity planning and staffing.

    • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.

    • Use graphs, infographic,s and other methods to visualize data.

    • Structure large data sets to find usable information

    • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

  • Project Administration

    • Monitor compliance with project practices (e.g. timebooking).

    • Assist with financial reporting and revenue recognition for client engagement.

Who you are:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques.

  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis tools including Pivot Tables, Power Queries).

  • Ability to set and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.

  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Qliksense or Tableau would be a plus.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL/Database systems.

  • An advanced level of english in mandatory.
