You will be a key member of the Retail Team, the heartbeat of GXS’s consumer-facing business. What you'll do
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Cards, you will serve as a specialist within the card business. This is a high-impact role designed for a sharp, ambitious professional who is ready to Own The Mission of growing our credit card footprint. You will support the regional strategy while taking hands-on ownership of product delivery and portfolio performance. We are looking for a fast-paced "high-flyer" who combines a strong analytical mindset with the energy to drive the next generation of digital credit products.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, from feature conceptualization and requirement scoping to successful market launch.
Support the Regional Head of Cards in driving the P&L, specifically focusing on initiatives that accelerate installment plans and revolving balance growth.
Assist in regional card strategy by performing deep-dive analysis on customer acquisition trends, spending patterns, and portfolio health.
Act as the bridge between the Retail team and cross-functional partners (Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Marketing) to ensure product alignment.
Assist in managing relationships and operational workflows with key card schemes (e.g., Visa/Mastercard) and external vendors.
Ensure all card features and processes strictly adhere to MAS regulations and internal risk frameworks.
What you'll need
3-5 years of professional experience, specifically within the Credit Card sector (Retail Banking or Fintech).
A strong degree from a reputable university; we value curiosity and a track record of academic achievement.
Highly proficient in data-driven decision-making; ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Solid understanding of credit card P&L drivers, the card lifecycle, and digital customer journeys.
Agile mindset, someone who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly changing startup-like environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly to leadership.
