Advertising Sales Manager, Netherlands

Taboola Netherlands is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on expanding our footprint within the Dutch advertising market by acquiring and managing relationships with large enterprise advertisers and media agencies.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning Taboola as a market leader in selling performance advertising solutions for the open web.

About the role:

• Drive New Business – Acquire and grow relationships with enterprise advertisers and media agencies through a mix of in-person and digital outreach.
• Sales Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Client Strategy & Consultation – Develop tailored, customer-led sales strategies for top brands and agencies.
• Present & Sell Solutions – Position Taboola’s performance advertising offerings to meet client needs and maximize ROI.
• Achieve & Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass sales goals with a consultative, data-driven approach.
• Industry Networking & Thought Leadership – Represent Taboola at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and influence.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing – Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure high-value contracts with key decision-makers.
• Market Expansion – Play a key role in shaping Taboola’s growth in the Netherlands as one of the first local hires.

 
About You:

• Fluent in Dutch & English – Native or professional Dutch proficiency and fluent/bilingual English (must-have).
• Proven Sales Track Record – Strong experience in performance advertising sales, working with direct advertisers and media agencies.
• Hunter Mentality – Proactive, results-driven, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline.
• Industry Network – Established connections with advertisers and agencies in the Dutch advertising landscape.
• Digital Advertising Expertise – Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and digital media trends.
• Based in the Netherlands – Near Amsterdam, with a passion for networking, industry events, and positioning yourself as a thought leader in digital advertising.
