Job Summary

Cloud Engineer
Job Overview:
A Cloud Engineer is a Cloud Expert responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools in Cloud that support the DevOps culture and practices within an organization
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and building automation frameworks (CI/CD, DevSecOps, Test Automation)
Managing infrastructure, from the design/validation to the implementation with infrastructure as a code (IaC)
Designing and managing monitoring and logging tools
Mentoring DevOps culture within the software center
Technology:
Scripting languages (Bash, Python, Typescript)
Jenkins (knowledge about build and deploy pipeline, test and code quality check)
Cloud computing (AWS/Azure)
Markup languages (JSON, YAML,)
Docker/Kubernetes environment
Functional & Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of infrastructure as a code principles, practices and tools (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation)
Strong proficiency in designing, validating and implementing Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure)
Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles, practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins)
Working knowledge of containers and orchestrations (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Cloud networking and security patterns
Working with Git and Version control tools
