🧭 What You Will Do

• Manage and update the Service Quote CRM to meet key performance targets
• Drive revenue by booking customer appointments and scheduling engineers
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely completion of paid works
• Use data insights to identify gaps, prioritise workloads, and unlock new revenue opportunities

📈 What We Look For

• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Confidence in customer relationship management and strategic planning

• Experience in conflict resolution and rapport building
• Sales or planning experience, ideally in field-based operations (desirable)
