At DXC we have a long-established partnership with a Major UK High Street Bank, where we manage their personal lending business. We provide support to customers and colleagues, contacting us with financial enquiries and requests about their loan account. We also provide support to our client’s loan product finance team.

We are looking for colleagues to join our team of Needs Met Agents putting our customers at the heart of everything we do every day. Is that you?

What are we looking for in our Needs Met Agents?

  • Can handle all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Ability to ensure all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed.
  • Can take responsibility for personal targets and ensure these are met.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have an awareness of call times and Service Line Agreements and how these interact with our Incentive Scheme.
  • Ensures that calls can be delivered with excellent customer service and meet the FCA regulatory requirements.
  • A proven record of sales experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and maintain self-motivated.
  • Can problem-solve on the go and able to readily adapt to customers needs.

Work Environment:

The role is an office based one working on our site at Cobalt Business Park, Mercury House. There is the possibility of Hybrid working after the first 6 months. Induction training is for a period of 6-Weeks – with 3-Weeks classroom-based training followed then by 3-Weeks on the job training.

We try to have fun, with quizzes, competitions and challenges where we raise funds for our chosen charities/good causes.

Your working hours will be between 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday as well Saturday & Sunday working between 9am – 18pm in a 5-Week rotation.
