Job Role :-
•This role will report to the CMD Supervisor and work closely with Credit and Sales Team
•Responsible for Global Customer creation – APAC, EMEA & NA
•Validation of all the documentation for new customer setup
• Ensuring compliance and security of Data
•Ensuring Quality of the data
•Allocation of work
•Responsible for collating various data from ERPs and publishing the reports
•Responsible for driving Cleansing project
•Ensuring noise free month end
•Responsible for identifying the areas where Automation can be done
•Examine internal control weaknesses and recommend best practices
•Assist with the maintenance of consistency and quality in SOX compliance work in Customer Master
•Ensuring the successful internal and external Audits
•Continuously drive on process improvement and adheres compliance to all SLAs and KPIs
•Identifying new controls in Customer Master
Qualification :-
•Graduate in any stream
•Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills would be mandatory.
•3- 4 Years of experience required in Customer Master data Profile
•Systems knowledge in ERPs (Lawson, SAP, JDE and BAAN)
•Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, detail oriented and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
•Positive attitude and a strong team player
•Intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research, including Ability to utilize basic formulas &Utilize Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
