Saint Luke’s Kansas City is seeking a Patient Accounts Representative to join our team. You will perform a variety of functions related to managing the accounts receivable, following established processes and polices for billing and reimbursement.
Shift Details: Full Time Day
Responsibilities:
Performs claim edits
Verifies insurance coverage
Follows up with payors on open accounts
Performs denials and payment variances
Experience with facility claim submission for a hospital system is preferred.
Epic experience a plus.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate has strong computer and critical thinking skills and can multitask.
