A Sales Rebates Specialist is responsible for implementing and administering sales rebate and incentive programs. This role ensures the accurate calculation of commissions and rebates through detailed data analysis, close collaboration with clients, and continuous monitoring of program effectiveness. The specialist supports the alignment of incentive programs with business objectives and ensures compliance with all corporate and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Incentive Plan Implementation:
Implement the client provided plan and maintain sales incentive plans, including metrics, targets, payout structures, and performance thresholds, considering different sales channels and product lines.
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze sales data to assess sales performance against targets, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive plans.
Sales Alignment:
Collaborate with client to ensure incentive plans are aligned with overall business goals and sales strategies.
Communication and Training:
Clearly communicate incentive plan details to sales teams, provide training on program mechanics, and address any questions or concerns.
Performance Monitoring:
Track partner sales performance against incentive plan metrics and publish.
Manage payouts forecasts, actual and accruals
Compliance Management:
Ensure all incentive programs comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards as shared by the client
System Administration:
Manage the sales incentive calculation program, ensuring accurate data input and timely rebates payouts.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and sales operations to ensure smooth implementation and administration of incentive programs.

Job Qualifications
Required:
Highschool Diploma
English Proficiency: C1
Proven experience in Sales Operations or Finance Operations within a BPO environment
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or financial reconciliation processes
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, and incentive structures
Familiarity with industry-specific rebate management practices
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
