CACI is seeking a cleared Warehouse and Property Accountability Specialist to support an Army Program Manager at Ft Belvoir, VA..  Provide senior-level logistics expertise and perform a variety of warehousing and property accountability duties, assisting primary or alternate property custodians, and working closely with military, Government civilian, and other contractor personnel.

About the Role:

  • Provide senior-level logistics expertise
  • Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, and etc.)
  • Develop plans, determines needs, investigate and resolve problems, and interface with other functions and stakeholders
  • Work includes verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
  • Help develop and execute property accountability to include issue, tracking, and management of Government‐Furnished Equipment (GFE)
  • Ensure 100% accountability of government property; implements procedures to align with Army Regulation (AR) 710-4, Property Accountability
  • Perform such functions as decrementing, adjusting, or adding equipment in the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) and can perform receiving functions (except initial acceptance from a vendor on behalf of the government)
  • Maintain or assist with records management for equipment on property listing (i.e., Property Book Transactions, shipment documentation, temporary hand receipts, etc.)
  • Coordinate and track equipment, property, and supply shipments, as needed
  • May operate hand, power trucks and forklifts in performing warehousing duties


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 15 years of relevant experience (prefer Army supply experience)
  • Knowledge of the Defense Program Accountability System (DPAS) and Logistics Automated Systems
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience supporting an Army Program, Project or Product Manager

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
