Crisis Recovery Worker – Preston Haven

Location: Blanche Street, Preston, Lancashire PR2 2RL
Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,243 - £28,930 per annum

What You’ll Do

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clinical teams to discuss referrals and clinical presentation of service users, leading on risk management and safety planning for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and introducing therapeutic tools and interventions to services users tailored to their particular needs.

  • Entering accurate case notes onto our IT system.

  • Regularly liaising with GP surgeries, the local council, charities etc. or promoting the service within the community.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
