Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes that enhance user interactions with software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the user experience is both optimized and aligned with technical feasibility. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve usability and functionality, all while maintaining a focus on the overall design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather insights and feedback on prototypes. - Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure alignment between design and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Human Machine Interaction. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
