The Wealth Solutions Center Service Team Lead is the lead that works with our clients via virtual delivery, i.e. telephone, email, chat, etc. Work in a complex, team-oriented and fast paced environment acting as liaison between clients, wealth management teams, and other internal partners to deliver a seamless and integrated servicing approach to client's high net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train and develop Service Specialists with the focus on the execution of the Wealth Solutions Center’s differentiated client service/problem resolution strategy.
Coach/manage team with the goal of meeting/exceeding key Wealth Solutions Center metrics and client experience expectations through side-by-side engagement, call monitoring and other QA measures.
Ensure Service Specialists meet Service Level Agreements established within the wealth division and with clients.
Analyze contact volume trends to recommend operational and staffing changes.
Work closely with the Wealth Solutions Center Manager to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with various specialists (Integrated Relationship Management Partners) designated to support client service and client development efforts (e.g. Mortgage Origination, Investment Services, Trust and Asset Management Services, Insurance Services).
Serve as an advocate for clients with other business units.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all banking servicing and operations procedures across the Wealth team.
Stay abreast of changing economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends and general market and business issues impacting the clients.
Participate in the on-going improvement and refinement of the Wealth Division brand, processes, products, services and operating policies and procedures. Participate in strategic projects or tasks that support employees, operations and broader Wealth Division initiatives.
Support learning partners in the development of new hire and ongoing training needs across the Wealth Solutions Center.
Work within the existing audit, compliance and regulatory framework to ensure a high quality, compliant practice.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, investments or financial planning
Minimum of 1 year experience in managing or supervising people
Professional Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, service and relationship management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
Possess and demonstrate a broad, fundamental understanding of retail bank credit/deposit products
Experience working with the Affluent/High Net Worth clients
Demonstrated proficiency in standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
