In AIA Digital+, we serve as AIA’s Group-led Technology, Digital & Analytics hub by evolving innovative technology to shape the future. We aim to design & develop a detailed, human centered experiences to positively impact the lives of millions of people.
We are seeking for a Senior Project Manager to leading a number of project managers in adopting agile/devops approaches to delivering on key projects and programs for AIA in HK, Macau and the Greater Bay Area.. This role will provide SME advice across multiple projects/platforms to ensure delivery process adheres to defined standard methodology.

Job Description

Our passionate team is hiring a hard-working and influencer as the Project Delivery Manager. We value and strive to create a more equitable and humanity work environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the growing Project Management Office in China to support the AIA HK & Macau business.
  • Develop and establish the key Governance and Program management operating model and ensure all projects are delivered according to the defined standards.
  • Develop the metrics for project success and report on program success.
  • Engage and support all program collaborators to ensure timely and efficient delivery of outcomes for all projects.
  • Track, Build and Present project reports to key program forums.
  • Track and report on portfolio risks and issues.
  • Handle, optimize and prioritize program requirements with existing and future project resources. Negotiate and drive delivery plans accordingly.
  • Empower, Lead and Mentor project managers and key staff/colleagues

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Open and effective communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related field
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to present to senior forums.
  • Strong SDLC / Agile / Devops knowledge
  • Knowledge of current industry-wide approaches and standard processes for Project management, Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Project Financial management.
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environments.
  • Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive and enthusiastic and a great teammate
