Position Summary

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in Kinesso's commitment to data privacy and brand safety by providing support across both disciplines.   

Responsibilities

1. Brand Safety & Privacy Initiatives: 

  • Conduct research on emerging brand safety threats and privacy regulations. 
  • Monitor industry publications, competitor strategies, and relevant news. 
  • Assist with data analysis from brand safety and privacy tools. 
  • Generate reports identifying trends and potential risks. 
  • Develop and document workflows for brand safety and privacy processes. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to streamline operations. 
  • Manage vendor privacy outreach, along with organization and dissemination of applicable information for internal teams. 
  • Work with senior team members to draft communications to internal teams. 

2. Client Management & Support: 

  • Assist with client onboarding and training of internal teams on brand safety & privacy protocols. 
  • Develop basic brand safety training materials and conduct client training sessions when necessary. 
  • Assist senior team members with managing brand safety and privacy projects for clients. 
  • Create project timelines, track budgets, and manage client communication. 
  • Help prepare client reports on brand safety performance and privacy readiness of media partners. 
  • Draft communication materials for clients on developments and potential issues. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Research and Analysis: Strong research skills to stay informed about emerging threats, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data from brand safety and privacy tools to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, developing timelines, tracking budgets, and communicating with clients.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training materials, particularly in the areas of brand safety and privacy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$135,000$145,000 USD
