Job Description

What You’ll Do /Responsibilities:
  • Leads and participates in Compliance activities;
  • Creates & delivers presentations for management;
  • Provides and reviews metric data to improve efficiencies;
  • Support & lead strategies to achieve business initiatives;
  • Understands appropriate engineering methods;
  • Utilizes guidance from internal/external customers to meet requirements;
  • Proficient with the Global Vehicle Development Process;
  • Makes recommendations based on work completed;
  • Independently creates/manages project plans;
  • Assists less experienced engineers;
  • DFSS Green Belt Certified.


Your Skills and Abilities /Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
  • Active Creative;
  • Advanced or Fluent English;
  • Product development experience;
  • Basic knowledge of the vehicle emissions certification process.


Desirable Requirements:
  • Knowledge of emissions regulations for South American countries;
  • Knowledge of the propulsion calibration process;
  • Vehicle Energy Development Process
