Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP ABAP Development for HANA and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including experience with ABAP CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver technologies. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
