Responsabilities

• Daily monitoring of outstanding orders in the interface between Logistic Operations and Sales Area, developing proactive work in SAP.
• Daily release of customer orders (auto, mass, and manual).
• Daily review, resolve suspended orders and fix order issues.
• Review and update outstanding orders linked to PO or DRP.
• Execute the cancellation of orders based on customer request or item changes.
• Work actively with Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse and Freight teams to source items.
• Review and resolve LPS tickets relating to expediting orders, shipments discrepancy, on a daily basis.
• Review unit down orders and expedite accordingly.
• Weekly communication with internal / external customers regarding procress on all open orders.

Your Profile

• Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or International Trade.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with SAP platform.
• Understanding of logistics processes.
