Key Responsibilities:

Drive Demand Generation Campaigns

  • Design and deliver integrated campaigns that align with the regional marketing strategy and fuel growth across LATAM.
  • Define the right audience and shape the tone of our market presence—partnering closely with the Regional Head of Marketing to ensure relevance and resonance.
  • Recommend the most effective ways to reach our audience—selecting channels, formats, tactics, and media mix that drive engagement and impact.
  • Own the media plan—across digital and traditional platforms—to support our strategic objectives and growth agenda.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to shape campaigns that reflect our ambition, increase brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

Build Category Campaigns That Accelerate Growth

  • Partner with Category Development Managers (CDMs) to identify campaign needs that support each category’s growth goals.
  • Work with the Director of Regional Marketing to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with broader regional strategy.
  • Lead the design and execution of campaign elements—from webinars and online activations to printed materials and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to create compelling visual content—graphics, videos, infographics, and more—that elevate our campaigns and customer touchpoints.

Execute Campaigns and Customer Engagement Initiatives

  • Launch and optimize strategic marketing campaigns, including digital brand and demand generation efforts—coordinating with lead agencies as needed.
  • Own the strategy and briefing process for all marketing and customer engagement activities—defining objectives, shaping customer experience, and setting KPIs to track success.
  • Lead content creation and asset production—ensuring every piece aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Manage major events, including trade shows—from planning through execution—coordinating internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Lead Media Relations and PR Coordination

  • Define PR needs in line with regional marketing strategy and ensure consistent, impactful messaging.
  • Manage the relationship with our external PR agency—ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Coordinate interview requests and oversee the internal approval process to maintain brand integrity.
  • Track and report on PR performance and competitor activity—using insights to refine our approach and stay ahead.

What you bring to the team:

  • A strong foundation in Brand, Marketing, and Communications—with experience in B2B, FMCG, or agency environments.
  • A proven track record of creating impactful, efficient communication assets that resonate.
  • A sharp eye for design and visual storytelling, with hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • A digital-first mindset and solid experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines across a complex, matrixed organization—without missing a beat.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Clear, compelling communication skills—both written and verbal—including confident presentation delivery.

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Travel is expected, about 25% of the time
