As Leia prepares for a significant growth phase through partnerships with hyperscalers, we’re engaging with a broader range of external stakeholders and reporting requirements. Our Corporate Accounting team is the backbone of this operation, ensuring our financials are not just timely and accurate, but also comparable and compliant. The Corporate Accounting team is responsible for providing oversight, leadership and management of all functions and activities in the global Accounting organization including but not limited to operations, intercompany and compliance and owns a significant part of the global accounting close process. This includes key operational areas such as group consolidation, revenue accounting, technical accounting, policy & reporting, tax and financial systems. The Corporate Accounting team manages an outsourced (shared services) US team as well as a team in APAC as part of a matrixed organization, in addition to directly overseeing a core group of external service providers.
Leia is seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to join our team as Sr. Director, Corporate Accounting, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Your leading responsibility will revolve around guaranteeing the precision, reliability, and effectiveness of our financial processes, alongside spearheading the formulation and execution of accounting policies, protocols, and frameworks. As a strong accounting leader, you will demonstrate good judgement and ensure the right decisions are reached, while managing both tactical and strategic financial operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,344 - $189,116. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
