Role and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Write client code for TV-based games and/or interactive advertisements

• Fix issues raised by internal stakeholders and QA support teams, isolate the cause and work towards a fix.

• Participate in meetings with other staff members to evaluate, plan, and troubleshoot; and to ensure proper interface between software, systems, and operational performance.

• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria, delivering software that meets product requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute code features to the project

• Deploy to TVs for verification and quality assurance

• Work with senior developers to achieve sprint goals

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years of graphics engineering, including:  shaders, texture compression, sprite animations, basic 3d rendering, and real-time rendering optimizations

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering in progress

• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focusing on maintaining high quality and standards.

• Experience with JavaScript

• Able to communicate in writing, through email and messaging applications

• Ability to deliver and accept feedback on code and design

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Unity or Unreal knowledge.
