Functional (job responsibilities)
Product manager for Debit cards & Emerging Affluent credit cards segment. Responsibilities includes end-to-end management; development and growth of the products – P&L management, flow of acquisition for all bankwide sales channels of the products, design/improvise new initiatives to better serve customers’ needs.
This role must be comfortable to working in an agile environment, across multiple teams and working with all levels within or out of the organization, including with/on digital enhancements/transitions from the Bank to get results independently.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
As a team leader, the role will lead the overall accountability the products set by the Head, Payments Product Management & Acquisition and overall Business Direction. This including developing and coaching the other individual contributors of the team. Build and foster strong teamwork and inter- departmental working relationships.
Education/Qualification
Malaysian citizen.
Candidate must possess a minimum of Degree in any field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years overall working experience with at least 3 years working experience in cards/payments related field in banking.
Special Skill
Experience in product launching & development of product P&L.
