Are you passionate about creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace? Join Avis Budget Group as a Facilities Specialist and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Barcelona Contact Centre. 

What you'll do 

• Cover the front-of-house visitor welcome point as required, including greeting visitors, managing sign-in and access, notifying hosts, and keeping the waiting area professional and tidy. 

• Coordinate facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, office supplies, and workplace support. 

• Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related requests and issues. 

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and building management. 

• Support workplace moves, onboarding/offboarding activities, and office projects. 

• Assist with health & safety processes, workplace inspections, and compliance activities. 

• Maintain facilities records, trackers, and service documentation. 

What we're looking for 

• 3 years of experience in Facilities, Office Management, Workplace Services, or a similar role. 

• Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and building management. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

• Fluency in Spanish and English. 

• Catalan is a plus.
