Join Our Team as a Payroll Lead

Location: Katowice - hybrid model of work

Reporting to: Manager, Regional Payroll - EMEA

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage our Payroll Team, ensuring every team member is paid and that pay slips and reports are produced.
  • Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of improvement and outstanding customer service.
  • Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance to your team on payroll processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Handle payroll reconciliations and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accessible documentation on payroll processes.
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle year-end statutory processes to keep us compliant with the law.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up to date with regulations and implement necessary changes.
  • Policy Development: Develop policies and procedures for statutory compliance.
  • Efficiency Matters: Use reporting tools to improve processes and ensure accurate data.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other department Team Leaders to improve processes on local and global level.
  • System Enhancement: Assist with payroll system configuration and development.
  • Backup Support: Be the go-to person for your team when needed.
  • Personal Growth: Invest in your personal development to excel in your role.
  • Supplier relations: Work together with Payroll vendor to manage payroll processes and provide on time the high quality reports and payments.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Educational Excellence: master's degree in finance or related field.
  • Payroll Pro: + 5 years of payroll experience
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Shared services/ Business process outsourcing experience
  • People management experience
