Job Description:

  • Provide services and support to BMS Command Center

  • Ensuring that the BMS orders are accurate, maintained, and updated accordingly

  • Respond & monitor systems alarms and adjustment of temperature setting in BMS (including HVAC, PMS, Fire systems, VTS, etc.)

  • Prepare and maintain files, reports

  • Answer to phone calls, and provide assistance to the requests regarding various BMS services, and entering these requests into a computer system

  • Ensuring that the facilities of the building are working properly, and report to Supervisor for any defect or issues found in the building

  • Issuing orders using the computer system to FM Technicians for them to ensure the functionality of the building according to company standards

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working experience, preferably in customer services related industry

  • High School diploma or above

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

  • Good Computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications

  • Must be able to work in shift and flexible hours which include weekends and holidays
