Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking Exploitation Analysts (EAs) of all skill levels for a variety of roles to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. Cyber professionals are essential in supporting the IC, serving on the frontlines of our cyber adversaries. For the Mission to be successful, we need cyber professionals who are not just technically competent but have an unquenchable thirst for learning emerging technologies/techniques to help upskill and support cutting edge of national cybersecurity missions 

 The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in unconventional computer network operations (CNO). In this role, you will advise and support a U.S. government customer, helping execute complex projects in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. This position requires a willingness and ability to proactively identify and solve unstructured problems, analyze technical data, think critically, and make sound decisions. 

 Requirements 

  • A minimum of two years of hands-on operational experience in a U.S. government offensive (CNO) program. Relevant roles include technical operations officers, operators, exploitation analysts, cyber targeters, capability developers, and similar positions. 
  • Expertise in non-traditional or unconventional CNO techniques, disciplines, concepts, and strategies. 
  • Demonstrated success in conducting complex CNO projects or programs targeting near-peer adversaries. 
  • Knowledge of IP networking and enterprise telecommunications technologies. 
  • Experience working through the start-up phase of a project, ability to create systems/process/deliverables from the ground up 
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, compliments skill sets of teammates and can execute effectively as a unit. 
  • Familiarity with USCC/NSA operations and mission sets. 
  • Specific technical expertise, especially in specific unconventional/non-traditional access disciplines 
  • Current Security Clearance TS/SCI

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM 
  • Current Security Clearance TS/SCI + CI Poly 
  • Ability to begin immediately
