What you will do:
The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement across systems and business processes. This role is responsible for analyzing current practices, documenting proposed changes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that drive performance, consistency, and productivity across the business.
How you will do it:
Review and assess current operational systems, processes, and workflows across business units
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder consultation
Contribute to business strategy discussions by providing insights from operational data
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and document recommendations for process improvements, new procedures, or system enhancements
Assist with planning and coordinating the implementation of approved changes
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide follow-up support or training where required
Collaborate closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, Payroll and to ensure alignment of process changes
Support Change Management efforts to promote adoption of new tools and practices
All duties as may be directed by your manager
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience in the use of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Willingness to meet challenges, hardworking & able to work under pressure
