Job Summary

As the Senior Brand Manager for Dove Skin Cleansing, you will report to the Skin Cleansing category lead and steer the growth of the #1 Personal Care manufacturer in Canada. You will own the #1 Body Wash and Bar brand in the country and drive the high-visibility, limited-edition innovation strategy that captures national attention.

Key Accountabilities

• Ownership of the Dove Skin Cleansing Canada P&L to deliver top and bottom-line targets, including effective BMI (Brand Marketing Investment) management.
• Development and execution of digital-first Brand Marketing Plans featuring highly engaging content.
• Leverage consumer data and insights to drive relevance among specific target audiences, ensuring strong consumer connection and high performance.
• Lead all local marketing and operational responsibilities, including S&OP, IAT management, and customer presentations and engagements with high operational rigor and accountability.
• Shape and ensure the timely delivery of the 12-Quarter Activity Roadmap and strategic growth plan for Dove SCL in Canada in partnership with the North America brand team, demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Direct management, mentorship, and coaching of two Associate Brand Managers to support their growth and unlock their full potential.
• Lead cross-functional teams across local, regional, and global levels with emotional intelligence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in the Marketing function, with a balance between mix development and local marketing/operations.
• Knowledge developing and executing brand marketing plans across channels, with a special focus on Digital and Data Driven Marketing.
• Experience building strategic visions for a brand portfolio and building execution plans to deliver growth targets.
• Strong Strategic Influence and resilience to align and manage key stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, workplans, and time.
• Ability to shift from a short-term operational focus to a long-term strategic goal.
• Strong team development and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Beauty Personal Care Canada.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $113,900-$170,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
