Responsibilities:
Establish remanufacturing factory production schedules for blade remanufacturing priorities and manage teams to achieve plans.
Lead site repair teams in adherence to Safety / GE Life Saving Rules.
Manage Site Material Leader to achieve the right levels of material inventories at site in support of executing remanufacturing production plans.
Give day to day direction to on-site GE Blade Technicians
Interface with GE Services Engineering Team and GE Blade Technicians on open repair team questions to drive efficient problem solving and keep the repair teams on task / schedule.
Interface with Takkion site leadership to establish weekly and day to day GE priorities including on-site blade moves, incoming and outgoing blade shipments and maintenance of GE blade repair locations.
Carryout GE laydown yard strategies regarding blade inventory, blade repairs and material movement.
Confirm that Takkion team is filling out blade move inspection reports
Be the “one voice” of site work or stand by decisions related to weather conditions.
Oversee repair teams daily / weekly status reporting and provide oversight and direction to repair team leaders and leadership
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, project management, engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years experience in sourcing, manufacturing, project management and/or supply chain

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
