About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Publications Lead (Business Execution Consultant) to lead the end‑to‑end editorial strategy and production of Wells Fargo Investment Institute (WFII) content across investment guidance, market insights, securities research, and asset‑allocation strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Investment Publications, this individual serves as a senior publication partner to WFII leaders, strategists, and analysts, exercising independent judgment to ensure content is accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with Investment Publications standards and business priorities.
The Publication Lead partners closely with Marketing, Communications, Compliance, and Risk partners to set and manage the editorial calendar, establish and enforce publication timelines, and oversee the content review and approval workflow. This role is also accountable for recommending process improvements that enhance publication quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Success in this position requires advanced writing and copy‑editing expertise and the ability to independently manage multiple, long‑term, high‑priority initiatives in a fast‑paced, market‑driven environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates confidence influencing senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and translating business objectives into disciplined, repeatable publication outcomes.
