How will you contribute to our magical experience?

As the Sports Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading multisports marketing strategy across Latin America, focusing on integrated campaigns that amplify the reach and engagement of ESPN and Disney+. You will act as a strategic bridge between world-class sports content and the regional audience, ensuring that our brand presence is both culturally relevant and commercially impactful.

This role requires a unique blend of creative vision and analytical rigor. You will translate complex consumer data into compelling narratives, managing high-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain Disney’s position as a leader in sports entertainment.

This role involves close collaboration with internal service areas and teams such as Creative, On-Air, Partners, Trade (Affiliates and DASP), Press, and Digital, as well as with Production, Programming, and Acquisitions.

The Supervisor, Marketing Sports will be responsible for:

  • Regional Campaign Strategy: Designing and executing multi-platform regional campaigns that blend creativity with data analysis to drive measurable results.
  • Consumer Insights: Developing Consumer Marketing strategies rooted in a deep understanding of fan behavior and market trends across the LATAM region.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Managing marketing budgets and assisting in the definition of strategic priorities to maximize ROI and resource efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Applying a data-centric approach to monitor campaign performance, identify emerging trends, and implement actionable improvements.
  • Cross-Business Synergies: Driving synergy activations with other The Walt Disney Company LATAM business units to boost content visibility and brand positioning.
  • Agency Leadership: Coordinating efforts with creative and strategic agencies to ensure all executions remain consistent with brand identity and corporate objectives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partnering with Production, Press, Editorial, Ad Sales, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive, 360-degree brand strategy.
  • DE&I and CSR Integration: Actively participating in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring these core values are woven into our sports communications.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management, preferably within the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns for Latin American markets, with a strong grasp of regional nuances and consumer habits.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Experience working with data-driven marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM platforms) to interpret KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse internal teams (Production, Sales, Editorial) and external agencies.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in the sports landscape, including broadcasting rights, fan engagement trends, and the competitive streaming environment.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
