The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, supporting retail marketing and leasing efforts for Brookfield Properties’ New York real estate portfolio.

•  Serve as point of contact and liaison with retail leasing, retail operations, property management teams, and outside agencies to gather information and facilitate various requests
• Responsibility for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation across multiple channels and stakeholders (includes, but is not limited to: on-site walkthroughs, vendor agreements, setup, etc)
• Create, plan and deliver retail marketing assets working within a defined schedule, tracking success and sharing reports with leasing
• Support in coordination, execution and follow up on all marketing events; tracking RSVPs, managing check-in, ordering supplies, collecting vendor COIs, acting as liaison with caterers, event planners, and building management to ensure seamless vendor access
• Update and maintain websites for Brookfield Place and Manhattan West
• Liaison with SVP of Marketing for digital marketing and direct sponsorship inquiries
• Manage and coordinate all social media retailer requests
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with retail operations and property management to ensure alignment and marketing executional support
• Coordinate any retail integrations into planned activations with event team
• Arrange photoshoots of assets, coordinating access for photographer on the property and from vantage point properties as needed
• Manage our project management platform to ensure organization, communication and timelines are tracking

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
• Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven self-starter able to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities
• Strong graphics, writing and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of project management platforms, Excel, CMS
• Collaborative and flexible, with a can-do attitude
• Pro-active and reliable, driven to achieve team goals

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Type: Non-exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Dental Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Vision Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Retirement: 401(k)

Insurance: Employer-paid life & short/long term disability
