Job Description Summary:

This position assists with the planning and implementation of operational and clinical initiatives as well as serves as the primary point of contact for the new medication management clinic. This role will have ambulatory clinic oversight as well as retail pharmacy oversight components. Direct involvement in continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety plan management, effective use of antimicrobial and daily operations management is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)RPH - Registered Pharmacist - Board of Pharmacy SpecialtiesBoard of Pharmacy SpecialtiesBoard of Pharmacy Specialties

Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio; Advanced degree or equivalent Experience . Knowledge of business, and or clinical pharmacy health care environment trends 5 years Experience practicing as a Pharmacist
