About the role
As a Sr. Learning Experience Designer, your goal is to create world-class learning experiences that empower our members to grow their business by maximizing their use of HoneyBook. Reporting to the Manager, Scaled Education you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Help Center, and Product to create and update engaging educational content for customers and prospects: e-learning (SCORM) courses, video tutorials, and live virtual classes. You'll be creating a combination of HoneyBook product education content and business content that helps independent business owners grow their businesses. Your work will include sourcing and working with subject matter experts to create net new content to support the launch of new product features and go to market campaigns, updating existing content to incorporate new functionality, and teaching highly interactive live virtual classes to our customers and prospects.

We operate on a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence in our San Francisco office 2-3 days a week (the current expectation is that employees are in-office Wednesday & Thursday).
