About the Role:
We are looking for an Organizational Development Program Manager in our Phoenix call center. This role will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and growth through the design, implementation, and management of strategic programs. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop tailored solutions, and facilitate change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. This role will be on-site full-time in our downtown Phoenix office.
