Roles & Responsibilities: • Serve as the subject matter expert in for Volante Volpay. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation of the Volante Volpay platform. • Design and propose techno functional solutions based on Volante Volpay capabilities to meet business objectives. • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Configure and customize/implement the Volante Volpay platform to align with business requirements and design • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Volante Volpay solution within the existing technology landscape. • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Volante Volpay implementation. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals. • Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders. • Investigate and resolve technofunctional issues, working closely with support teams and vendors when necessary Technical Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable solutions on Volante Volpay • Strong understanding and experience of banking domain, methodology & business process & systems • Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and related tools like GitHub, JIRA • Must have experience in Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Volante Volpay. Professional Attributes: • Excellent communication, collaboration , documentation and presentation & problem solving skills for technical and business audiences • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills working within cross-functional engineering teams as well as peer teams in building an integrated solution • Team leadership and mentoring skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team driving teams using Agile Scrum development process; past experience in owning products or components
