- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Expertise in designing scalable data architectures and integrating diverse data sources.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Knowledge of data storage solutions and data modeling techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
