Meet the team:

Our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Team is leading the charge in transforming how we work and deliver value across the organization. OpEx leads global and regional transformation initiatives, including driving continuous improvement, Lean management, citizen development, and process development programs that streamline operations, empower employees, and deliver sustainable, measurable impact aligned with strategic business goals.

We are looking for an  experienced leader to head our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Team. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful transformation across our organization, shaping the future of how we operate and deliver value.

Where you come in:

  • You will lead a team of operational excellence professionals, fostering growth and high performance.
  • You will engage with the global GBS Operational Excellence organization across Lithuania and the Philippines to work together on regional and global programs and projects.
  • You will manage key OpEx initiatives like Continuous Improvement, Citizen Development, Lean Management, and Process Development, impacting thousands of employees.
  • You will formulate and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • You will establish and promote best practices and industry standards across the organization.
  • You will oversee strategic initiatives, align OpEx programs with regional/global objectives, and ensure sustainability of improvements across multiple functions or sites.
  • You will define the OpEx roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and ensure alignment with organizational KPIs.
  • You will manage and align EMEA and functional stakeholders across multiple GBS sites.
  • You will make strategic decisions on resourcing, prioritization, and influence OpEx policy and operational strategy.
  • You will communicate with executive leadership, prepare regional performance reviews, and advocate for OpEx investments. Represent GBS OpEx at the EMEA level.

What makes you successful:

  • Extensive experience in the industry of operational management, service management, process improvement, or related roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience personally leading process excellence activities.
  • LSS, PMI, or PRINCE2 certifications.
  • Proven track record of leading successful operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience and 5-8 years of previous people management experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €5,050.42 to €6,238.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
