As a GPCOE Process Manager, you are responsible for working with the process owners to define and assess Global Procurement business processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving. You will support benchmarking activities across diverse sources, with the aim of harmonizing existing processes and driving process transformation to establish a best-in-class standard. You will formulate recommendations for performance improvement. You will lead and implement project plans of overall process improvement activities to meet business requirements and drive business results. You will engage leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve ongoing process improvement results.  

Key Responsibilities 
Process Transformation 

• Implement or lead complex, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement. 

• Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.  

• Drive benchmarking across various sources, standardize current processes and transform processes to set a best-in-class new standard.  

• Govern functional processes by developing business rules that drive the consistent interpretation of performance and ensure understanding of expectations.  

• Analyze processes and propose changes or improvements to help achieve goals.  

• Elevate process efficiency and drive transformation by applying appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies. 

• Apply knowledge to provide consultation on Source-to-Pay processes. 

Leading through influence 

• Drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment. 

• Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project.  

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.
