Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches that can benefit the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong experience in data integration, transformation, and migration processes.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data workflows and pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing data services for performance.
- Experience working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data quality management and best practices in data governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
